The joys (and woes) of travel

Travel bugs have this feeling of joy and excitement when they’ll be going on a trip. Here are some reasons why travel brings with it so much fun and happiness (you can add your own reason too):
– getting to meet new faces
– learning a new language (even just the basic or survival phrases)
– experiencing a different place and culture
– seeing street signs in a different language
– tasting native cuisines (and even exotic food!)
– shopping for local souvenirs and handmade items
– taking photos of the views (and having your photo taken as well)

…and so much more!

There are many downsides to traveling as well. For instance, a day tour can really be exhausting if you’re not physically well. The language barrier could also be frustrating sometimes. And then there’s the tendency to get lost when in an unfamiliar place. Indulging in too much dining and tasting of local delicacies and dishes can also make one gain weight. For instance, I’ve been trying to lose the extra weight gained after months of staying in Europe. I feel so bad not being able to fit in my jeans anymore. sigh.

If you’re on a vacation or trip somewhere, don’t overindulge yourself with the food! It’s better to feast your eyes on the sights but never on too much dining or you’ll end up many pounds heavier before the trip and might consider diet pills from Lab88 to trim you down fast. Other available health options such as detoxifiers, energizers or exercise videos can also help in slimming down. Read up about weight loss issues such as safety, potency, health routines, testimonials and more at Lab88 before considering diet pills. It’s good to be fit and healthy not only as a preparation before a trip but more importantly during your vacation or holiday.
