Catching up with early morning flights

Rushing to the airport to catch a flight can sometimes be stressful. We know we need to be prompt and check in at least 2 hours before takeoff, but most trip preparations are done in a rush especially if there are last minute things to do. And if you live miles away from the airport, the more you should be prepared so you can check in early. I remember Mom and I used to spend a night in the airport, dozing off while sitting uncomfortably in the benches, when we had an early 5 AM flight. We decided it was best to be there the night before, instead of rushing from our place to the airport early the next day.

There are many options for catching up with your flights. If it fits your budget, staying overnight at an airport hotel is the best choice for a stress free travel. With all the amenities an airport suite offers, it’s a great way to end your vacation in comfort and style. The closer the location of the hotel to the airport, the better for you. For instance, in Alberta, the Delta Calgary Hotel is conveniently located in the Calgary International Airport. This gives easy access for the hotel guests to catch an early morning or late night flight. They can enjoy the beautiful view of the landscape where the hotel is situated, near the Bow River and the hills of Alberta with a grand view of the Rocky Mountains. For those who still have time for going places, they can play a bit at the nearby golf courses, visit the Aero Space Museum Association of Calgary or take a side trip to the Rockies.
