A day at Pacific Shores, a beachfront subdivision in Talisay
In the outskirts of Talisay City, province of Negros Occidental, is a relatively new subdivision built next to the sea, thus the name Pacific Shores. One of our family members owns a lot here, so we’re interested about this waterfront property development and we’ve been observing the place every time we pass by going to and from Silay City as it is just along the highway. From a lone standing house in this area few years ago, this beachfront subdivision is now becoming a livelier community with about five houses or more already built.
One of the nice things about Pacific Shores subdivision is its tropical ambiance. With its five theme parks: Sunset View Promenade, Putting Green Park, Meditation Gardens, Seahaven Lagoon and Hurricane Island, residents have access to resort-like beachfront amenities amidst landscaped garden around the clubhouse with a swimming pool overlooking the sea.
We went there one weekend and had a relaxing day, there were no other guests at the pool and garden except us, as we rented one of the cabanas and grilled some meat for lunch.

Lot owners of Pacific Shores can just contact the office to make reservation for the use of cabanas or the clubhouse function room. I’m not sure about the use of facilities for outsiders though, I guess you have to know somebody who’s a residence/lot owner.
If you’re interested in owning one of the lots in Pacific Shores Subdivision, feel free to send me a message via this blog’s Contact form.
Anyway, we had fun having the place to ourselves. The kids had a great time swimming despite some slight drizzle. We’ll definitely be going there again soon.
